Ingredients

  • 25ml White Rum
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 160ml Britvic Pineapple Juice
  • 10ml Teisseire Lychee
  • Ice Cubes

Method

1. Fill a wine glass with ice and add the syrup
2. Squeeze a quarter of lime into the glass and drop the lime in
3. Add the basil leaves to the glass before filling up with chilled white wine and sparkling water
