Ingredients

  • 25ml White Rum
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 160ml Britvic Pineapple Juice
  • 10ml Teisseire Lychee
  • Ice Cubes

Method

1. Fill a wine glass with ice and add the syrup
2. Squeeze a quarter of lime into the glass and drop the lime in
3. Add the basil leaves to the glass before filling up with chilled white wine and sparkling water

Berry Mist

A velvety mix of blueberry and raspberry syrups, cut through with sharp lime, mint and sparkling water.
