- 20ml Cherry Brandy
- 20ml Cognac
- 20ml Britvic Bitter Lemon Juice
- 25ml Purdey's
- 20ml Egg White
- Star Anise
1. Add the cherry brandy, cognac and lemon juice to a coupe
2. Add the beaten egg white and serve straight up in a coupe and give it a Purdey's halo
3. Garnish with star anise
