Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin
  • 150ml Purdey's
  • 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Slice of Ginger
  • Ice Cubes

Method

1. Add ice to a collins glass
2. Pour in the gin
3. Top with the Purdey's and add 3 dashes of Angostura
4. Garnish with the slice of ginger
