Ingredients

  • 30ml Gin
  • 175ml Purdey's
  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Cucumber Slices
  • Ice Cubes

Method

1. Half-fill a highball glass with ice
2. Slice and add the cucumber
3. Pour the gin over the ice and add Angostura bitters
4. Top the glass up with the Purdey's to serve
