Zingy Mint & Lemon

Ingredients

  • 50ml Robinsons Lemon
  • 200ml Sparkling Water
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4 Mint Leaves
  • Blueberries
  • Icing Sugar
  • Ice Cubes

Method

1. Half-fill a highball glass with ice
2. Add the mint leaves and pour in the Robinsons Lemon
3. Top up with cold water and add lemon juice
4. Garnish with blueberries and icing sugar
